What we do

The work is straightforward: a professionally trained chauffeur, a clean late-model vehicle, and a reservation honored on time. The fleet runs from the Executive Sedan (Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Cadillac CT6/XT6/Lyriq) at $100/hr through the Executive SUV ($120/hr) and Mercedes-Benz S-Class ($170/hr) to the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van ($200/hr) for ten-to-fourteen-passenger engagements.

Every chauffeur is licensed by the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission. Every vehicle is inspected three times annually and maintained on a published schedule. Commercial for-hire vehicle insurance is carried at New York mandatory minimums or above. Certificates are provided to corporate accounts at opening and re-issued annually.

02
How we operate

Reservations are taken by a person at dispatch — by phone, email, or through the online booking widget — and confirmed within the hour with the chauffeur’s name and a direct phone number. The vehicle is staged at the pickup ten minutes before the agreed time.

Airport engagements include real-time flight tracking from wheels-up through arrival; the vehicle is at the terminal before the flight is on the gate. Sixty minutes of complimentary wait time on international arrivals, thirty minutes on domestic. Tolls and parking are included in the flat rate.

Rates are flat and do not move with traffic, weather, hour, or day. The rate quoted at booking is the rate billed at completion. There is no surge pricing, no fuel surcharge, no late-night markup, no holiday adjustment.

03
Who we serve

The recurring book sits with finance and professional services firms — investment banks, law firms, management consultancies, asset managers, family offices, and senior executives in media and entertainment. Single executives traveling frequently, executive assistants managing travel for multiple principals, and corporate travel programs with consolidated billing all use the same intake and the same service.

For individual passengers without an account, the service is identical — same chauffeurs, same vehicles, same dispatch — billed per trip rather than monthly. There is no membership tier, no minimum spend, no rate sheet that differs between “retail” and “corporate” clients.

04
Where we operate

Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island for pickup and drop-off. The four primary New York-area airports — JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, and Teterboro — are served daily, plus Westchester County (HPN) and Stewart International (SWF).

Long-distance transfers to the Hamptons, Greenwich, Stamford, and the Hudson Valley are handled on the same flat-rate terms. The Mercedes-Benz S-Class is the standard inter-city vehicle. For regional engagements, see the route directory at /routes.

05
Vs. rideshare

An on-demand rideshare premium tier and a pre-booked executive chauffeur service occupy different ground operationally. Rideshare drivers are independent contractors who may run standard fares between premium pings. Our chauffeurs are on payroll.

Rideshare pricing is dynamic and surges with demand. Our rates are flat. For a fifteen-dollar crosstown ride at 2 PM, the rideshare model is fine. For an inbound from an international flight, a multi-stop business day, or any engagement where reliability matters, the chauffeur model is the right product.

06
Operating standards

Regulated, insured, accountable. Chauffeurs are TLC-licensed under the for-hire driver category, background-checked, drug-tested, and trained for executive transport. Vehicles are TLC-inspected three times annually and operated on a published maintenance schedule. Commercial for-hire vehicle insurance is carried at New York mandatory minimums or above; certificate of insurance is provided to corporate accounts at opening.

For accounts requiring confidentiality protections beyond standard discretion, NDA-bound chauffeur routing is available on request. Chauffeurs who hold them have signed individual agreements specific to the account, and dispatch tracks which engagements require NDA routing.
