Privacy policy.
NYC Executive Car, operated by NYC Executive Car, takes reasonable measures to protect the privacy of customer information. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and how we share it.
Information we collect.
At reservation, we collect: name, contact phone, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, vehicle preference, flight information (for airport engagements), and payment method. For corporate accounts, we additionally collect the firm name, billing contact, and any account-specific preferences (NDA routing, chauffeur preferences, vehicle preferences).
How we use information.
To execute the reservation: dispatch the appropriate vehicle and chauffeur, communicate with the passenger before and during the engagement, process payment, and maintain the trip record required under TLC operating rules. We do not sell customer information to third parties.
Retention.
Trip records are retained for two years as a matter of standard practice and to satisfy regulatory record-keeping requirements. Payment method information is tokenized through the payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Sharing.
We share information with the chauffeur executing the engagement (passenger name, phone, pickup, drop-off, flight number for airport runs). We share aggregate trip data with the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission as required by TLC operating rules. Payment processing involves sharing transaction information with the payment processor. We do not otherwise share customer information.
NDA accounts.
For accounts with confidentiality requirements, chauffeurs are bound by written non-disclosure agreements. Internal dispatch handling is restricted on these accounts to the minimum personnel necessary to execute the engagement.
Cookies.
The website uses minimal cookies for session management and analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
